BEACH ACCESS: Ongoing storms have washed in large logs, at times blocking owners’ access to the beach. MCC’s gardener very generously cleared a safe, usable path to the beach, which is greatly appreciated by all. Picture

ROOF: Work has begun on replacing the tiles on Building #2. Any uncracked tiles will be stored in a trailer and reused to replace cracked tiles on Building #1. Picture

GUTTERS: For the first time, gutters are now on a regular maintenance schedule and will be cleaned twice a year, coordinated with loft window cleaning.

RESERVE STUDY: Directors are currently working with Carson to update the MCC Reserve Study.

UNIT #1 OUTER WALL: Directors will soon discuss a repair date.

TREE TRIMMING NEXT TO UNIT #1: Tree limbs that were brushing against the exterior wall of Unit #1 have been trimmed back.
